NetFu Systems today announced that it has achieved 99.9% uptime in all customer hosted servers and services for 2009.

Infrastructure was upgraded throughout 2009, resulting in more stable managed service delivery to customers.  The upgrades laid the groundwork for even better performance in 2010 with managed services already on the way to achieving 99.99% uptime.

Many managed service providers don't actually report their uptime because it is less than stellar at 98% or even worse.  The difference in those uptime percentages means hours of lost productivity for customers every week.

NetDojo™ customers will most benefit from the improved uptime since many of the services provided depend on this improved infrastructure.

We're proud to announce the completion of new feature additions for the NetNinja™ and NetHub™ systems.  This is the result of development and testing at customers, to whom we owe a great deal of thanks.  Check the NetHub™ and NetNinja™ pages for complete feature lists for each system.  Some new cost saving features include the ability to set up the appliances on existing hardware or virtual machines in a virtual IT infrastructure.
