Entry-Level NetCloud Starting at $700

Here is an example of an entry level Netcloud installation that was recently finished at a customer site.  It's quiet enough to be located in an office near someone's desk:

Starting at $700 installed, this can host up to a dozen servers with a few thousand gigabytes of data, more than enough for most small businesses. Also this can be configured to share resources from your private cloud to the NetDojo public cloud via secure VPN tunnel over your broadband Internet connection.

It's a really small, quiet entry-level piece of hardware to get you started in the business cloud. The tech specs start with enterprise-level components like a Xeon CPU and ultra high speed and reliable SSD storage. Add more server hosts and network storage later to increase the number of servers and amount of data in your NetCloud.

2015 NetFu Headquarters Office Move

New Santa Clara Office

Effective January 1st, 2015, we're moving to a new building on 2000 Wyatt Drive in Santa Clara, more centrally located near our customers and our Silicon Valley Data Center.  The move quadruples the total space of the office and opens the way for expansion of our R&D and staff capacities.

Heartbleed Vulnerability

There's a serious and widespread vulnerability affecting the way most web sites and email servers encrypt communication for things like shopping and account login activities (anything involving web sites using HTTPS).  The vulnerability is at the server itself and could allow hackers to get stored data like passwords or credit card numbers, but only if the server software is not up-to-date.

NetFu and our customer servers are up to date and test as not vulnerable.

Many customer NetDojo's have been upgraded to take advantage of new infrastructure, but many more upgrades are still being done.  Support will contact you if any downtime planning is necessary.
